NY NORML FUNDRAISER THIS THURSDAY May 7th 8 PM @ Don Hills 511 Greenwich Street

This Thursday May 7th, I am performing at the New York NORML fundraiser at Don Hills in New York, New York, 511 Greenwich Street (corner of Spring St). 8 PM,  Bands, DJ’s, Pizza and Me. Time to quit bullshitting New York.  NY tourism would boom if the state legalized;  Broadway, Restaurants, Music Venues, Film Houses and Comedy Clubs would be packed with mellow stoners and not drunk assholes. “Lets hit the hash bar and go see Spam-a-lot.”  The big apple should be packed with herb, it needs to turn back to the adult play-land it once was in the 70’s, but without the coke, guns, street prostitution, and disco suits ( I dig a fly disco suit now and again, especially when I am at my cousin Freddy's annual coke hooker gun party. / joke, don’t freak lames).  Picture a sophisticated Green City with solar powered trains and less cars. One of the reasons I love NY is because I don’t need a car. I almost got run over by one in SF a few weeks ago, I had the right of way, dude was flying around the corner yapping on his cell, then slammed on his breaks right in front of me. I jumped back, put my hands on the hood. I was so pissed that I didn’t get the guy's  info, I just told him he was a dick and pulled a Ratso- “I’m walking  over here!”. 3 weeks later and 200 dollars at a health clinic I realize I have a sprained wrist.  The reason I bring this up is because I believe POT can bring relief to our financially strapped healthcare and transportation systems. One pot dispensary could pay for one free simple health care clinic.  Taking cars off the road could definitely save the planet from further global warming.   The city took a shot during 911 and I personally feel that that the city is still emotionally healing from that tragic event.  One of the things that eases pain and brings joy to me is weed.  That is just me and why I am glad to perform for the National Organization For The Reform Of Marijuana Laws in New York.  Stay creative, kind and spread love.
