I have been helping my friends do huge parties for years.  This year we did Jujubeats in Lake Perris, CA. It is a huge event and I promoted for the show all night.  I had 4 patients from the collective go with me.  They had never gone to a music event of this type.  I fed them all before we went.  I like to make sure all the people around me are nice and full before we go on a big adventure. Believe me Jujubeats is an adventure.  It is a wonderful mix of music, vendors, and people.  I am from the "Old School" I guess, I love a good outdoor event.   They have already picked the next date for 2010, August 21st. Here is the recipe
 
Rib eye Steaks- 8oz per person.
Blue Cheese Crumbles- 8oz
Cannabutter-1 lb.
Large Baking potatoes- about 1 potato per person.
Sea Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
Heavy Cream- one pint
Unsalted butter- 1 lb
Fresh Green beans- about 4 oz of beans each.
Fresh garlic cloves
 
Season the Steaks with salt and pepper. Diced your potatoes and get them boiling. When they are fork tender, add as much cream and butter as you like. Season with salt and pepper. 
 
Let the Cannabutter get soft. Cook some garlic and add to the butter. Crumble the Blue Cheese into the butter. Combine this mixture and set aside. Clean and cook your green beans. I just like them blanched, seasoned, and with a little butter. Grill your steaks to your liking. Serve with the beans and mashed potatoes. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the Canna-blue cheese butter on the steaks per person.

thats awesome theres videos of juju 09 here in high times. i was there also it was an event i will definitely never forget and i cant wait for aug 21 2010 to experience it again. it was at irvine lake by the way. lake perris was 99.
