The Dallas Cowboys were in Seattle Thursday for a preseason game, but it appears that football wasn’t the only thing on the mind of running back Ezekiel Elliott.

According to TMZ, the 21-year-old rookie was spotted at the Herban Legends dispensary a few hours before the game, but sources say they didn’t see him make any sort of purchase.

However, Elliott just being in the pot shop was not OK with Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones, who told USA Today that he was “not pleased.”

Despite top NFL doctors finally taking an interest in medical marijuana, the league maintains an archaic stance on cannabis, handing out some of its harshest penalties for testing positive for pot.
