An award-winning glass artist, NateDizzle has been refining his craft since 2002. He’s an innovator in the glass art world, credited as a pioneer in several borosilicate glassblowing techniques, which are now considered commonplace in the industry. His ever-present desire to push the boundaries of glass-making has given him an impressive skill set both on the torch and also in cold working.
Over the past five years, NateDizzle has devoted his time and personal resources to building the renowned 7 Point Studios in Seattle, WA. This hub of creativity is home to NateDizzle's personal glass studio, The Boro School, and many other small creative businesses. The school and the studio have quickly become the Seattle center for the pipe-making community. NateDizzle loves sharing his knowledge of flameworking with his students; many travel from around the world to study with him.
He says, “Functional excellence is always the basis of my work. I thrive on creating new designs and exploring new processes to create stunning glasswork. I look forward to collaborating with fellow glass enthusiasts for decades to come."
