The Herbo app, manufactured by veteran Jeff Taylor’s Hawaiian-based, family firm Eco Science Solutions, helps consumers find products and services that support the intake of alternative medicines for a more naturopathic way of living.

In other words, it finds dispensaries and a plethora of other “cannufacturers” in your area.

Unlike other geo-location weed apps on the market, such as Leafly and Weedmaps, which help you find medical marijuana (MMJ) dispensaries, smoke shops, doctors, clinics and delivery services in your area, Herbo also wants to help you ingest MMJ the best possible ways.

“Don’t buy lobster and cook it in the microwave,” the app proclaims.

While it was only a matter of time before corporate America jumped on the bandwagon to cash in on all things cannabis, Herbo’s founders practice what they preach.

According to the Herbo philosophy, “We are growers, users and beneficiaries of marijuana. Cannabis is our lifestyle and our passion. Whether you use marijuana medicinally or recreationally, you are welcomed into the Herbo community. Buying good strains is just step one. Herbo is the first app to bring you step two along your journey. To that end, we partner with exceptional paraphernalia manufacturers and distributors.”

In the latest version of the app, Herbo added strain information including THC/CBD breakdowns, effects and where to buy them, in order to help you find the best strains for your specific needs.

Herbo currently has a 3.8 star rating out of five stars in the Google Play store. Herbo user Dan Barnes rated it five stars and said, “It was very helpful when he traveled to California.”
