1. What are the dates for this year’s Cannabis Cup?

The Cannabis Cup is always held in Amsterdam the week of Thanksgiving every year. The 21st Annual Cannabis Cup will be held from November 23th-27th 2008.

Registration begins before the event for those who will be in town a few days early. The benefit of early registration is avoiding the long lines that typically form on opening day, and to get a head start on the coffeeshop crawl.

2. When will Cannabis Cup judge’s passes go on sale?

Judge’s passes are on sale NOW!!!

3. How can I buy a 2008 Cannabis Cup judge’s pass?

Online: To place your order online using a credit or debit card please visit, http://headshop.hightimes.com.

4. How much are the 2008 Cannabis Cup judge’s passes?

5. Can I buy a Cannabis Cup judge’s pass at the event?

Yes, you may buy a Cannabis Cup judge’s pass at the door for 250 Euros. EUROS ONLY. NO CREDIT CARDS PLEASE.


6. I bought a Cannabis Cup judge’s pass, when are you going to mail it to me?

Once your payment is processed YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR YOUR ORDER. IN YOUR EMAIL CONFIRMATION, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PASS NUMBER/S. BE SURE TO BRING YOUR PASS NUMBER/S WITH YOU TO THE CANNABIS CUP. You will need this number/s to receive your judge’s laminate at the door and to be admitted into the event.

FOR MAIL ORDERS, please allow 3 weeks to receive email confirmation for your Cannabis Cup Judge’s Pass numbers.

7. Can I buy a judge’s pass for next year's (2009) Cannabis Cup yet?

8. Are the Cannabis Cup judge’s passes refundable?

No.

9. I'm planning a vacation to Amsterdam next year. I would like to acquire a book and/or information on the city. Do you have anything like that?

You can get a lot of free info. online by searching "Amsterdam Hotels"; "Amsterdam Travel Guide"; and "Amsterdam Coffeeshops". If you want to relive the Cannabis Cup experience, just bring a copy of the March issue of High Times and stay at either the American or Quentin; or better yet, plan your vacation during the Cup.

Went 2006. Really, the cup IS the worst ime to go. Shops will be overcrowded, prices higher and less of the popular starins to go around. Your $250(was$200 before) will get you a tshirt and judges pass. You are better off going the week or two before....beat everyone there.

Miamihotty, just show up sweetheart and if you're as hot as you say you won't have a problem finding a place to rest your head. We're in an apartment in Leidseplein area. Airfare is down now buy a ticket and come party with the rest of us. 26 days and a wake up and we're out of here on the 18th. Be there til December 2. Flyng out of Detroit nonstop to Amsterdam.

Alan, from AZ are you coming back this year? Got an apartment right in the Leidseplein area this year. 20 Dutch chainsaw carvers are meeting me in lage Vuurlande for a day of carving and sharing with each other the 22 of November. Hope everyone has a safe and eventful Cup.

Alan from AZ give me a sign you're out there. This is the chainsaw carver. Working on plans to be there this year. Got an apartment in the Leidseplein area. Will be back down in Lage Vuurlande carving the sculpture I wanted to do last year. I believe I showed you the design at Yank's. Wanted to know if you were up for another meet in Zandvoort enn Zee. I have a friend with me this year and he should be up for it. He wanted to go to the North Sea and what better place to rendezvous than Yank's thanks for the invite last year.
