<description><![CDATA[Heads versus Feds is a debate on the legalization of marijuana between High Times Creative Director Steve Hager and Former New York DEA Chief Bob Stutman. The debate has set attendance records at schools across the country for the last ten years, including the two most recent colleges to book the event: Washington State University and Southern Alabama University. Later this semester, the tour will visit the University of Missouri, Saginaw State MI, Indiana PA, Kutztown PA, Southern CT, Cal State Northridge, Sonoma State CA, and the University of Georgia. The tour ends on April 20th at Rhodes College in Memphis.]]></description>
