freedom fighter thank you alot and i do have a slight well i have j.r.a junior rumatoid arthritis and yes wen i flame up it hurts severly i have medicine for it but its just to calm the inflamation down and they wanted to put me on a narcotic but i refused because of wat i seen it do to my dad cause he has spondalitis but every time i smoke i feel a million times better and THANK YOU very much i might have to try that in four years

I Qualified for the California Medical program because while I was over sea's in the Military I injured my left foot and right sholder so severly that cronic pain prevented me from liveing a "normal" life. I have deep tissue injurys resulting from broken bones and Torn muscles/tendons/cardalidge loss ect... that even after sergerys still cause me a significant amount of pain. I was refered to a doctor for medical cannabis after objecting to useing dangerouse Narcotic pain relievers that are adictive and toxic to my liver and kidneys. You can find a Docter online @ WWW.NORML.COM but its not a joke. If you arent hurt bad or legitimately sick I dont recomend you waist the doctors time. Your age may be a significant factor as well. Some european studies make claims against its use in people under 21 for developmental resons. But if you are sick I hope you get the treatment you deserve. No one should have to stay sick when we have good medicine. I hope it all works out for you.

Hey Freedomfighter;
As far as your desire to grow in the best of organic soils, you are on the right track and your plants will thank you for doing so. I have been using a high grade mycorrhizal inoculum from www.genesis-soils.com and the results are staggering, literally!
These guys are a funky good company from Nor Cal that have been doing this for 30 years and know their shit. They totally helped me out with my entire growing medium and the quality and quantities are out of this world. You must check them out.

p.s.- you should also get a bulb that burns off sodium. and use it only in the first month or month and a half. they are only like 7 bucks. only problem with them is they generate alot of heat. when i used one i had white hairs growing out when it was only 8 inches. sorry if any of that was useless to what you were asking.

freedom fighter- might sound weird and stupid, but get a few spiders on your plants. i grew a plant indoor and i used too strong of lights for the flowering, i came home one day and the plant was dark brown. the lights burned the shit out of it. make sure you dont use too strong of lights early. but keeping a spider or 2 in your plant is a good way to keep the bugs out without destroying your plants with a pesticide. given your not afraid of them. and for the whole CO2 thing, spraying seltzer water on your plants is the same thing as keeping a CO2 tank in your room. and its much cheaper. just a little more time consuming. plus you can spray different flavors on your plants so when it grows nugs they will have a fruity aroma. but then again it will draw more bugs. so you'd be better off using regular seltzer water. if you do use seltzer water, only spray the leaves. it will rot out the stems.

So I want to use good ol' dirt to grow....
Heres the deal. Im not into hydro or aeroponics or any of this cutting edge stuff like LED's. I got 2 1000 watt exit fan vented yeild masters with magnetic ballasts. I bought 2 metal halide bulbs and 2 HPS cause I have the switchable type ballasts and I have always been told that MH is for vegging and HPS is for flowering but I am new at this and need advice. Got 2 light rail light movers. so....I want to use soil and 10 gallon pots to grow around 20 plants at a time. I relize the science to this is going to work differently than it did my outdoor tomato's. So I plan on having a sterrel room with white visqueen and CO2 via a CO2 generator I picked up. 1500 ppm co2 at 75 degree's and I want to keep the humitity below 40%. but how do i get the bugs out of the dirt? nutrients are simple i got that but how do i safe guard my room from mites and other pests while useing organic soil? By the way I dont want to spend all the money to have tons of soil shipped.

P.S. My California registration and county enrollment will be posted on the wall of the grow room. Oh and is there anywhere I can get in touch with other med-growers online? Im not paranoid.

foreal though i never sent pics in, but i had a plant from some red nug i had and the shit was growing hairs out of it at 6 inches. the plant grew to be 5 and a half feet until one of my relatives cut the plant into pieces. i was living with them, but its fucked up because they knew it was there the whole time on the back deck, but they cut it on impulse. i dont know if you ever seen a pile of 100s of weed leaves, but in a way it was devastating. it was in a 3 foot deep pot, not in the ground, and it still had 2 months left to grow. that shit would of been 7 feet in a pot, and 10 feet if it grew out of the ground. and i live PA not cali.
