you could have bought reflectors w/ either 4,6 or 8 inch holes already and saved your self the trouble. but i guess i dont know what i'm doing. good luck when your pot doesnt fill out the way it should cuz its too hot.

yes you can keep them cool. drill hole saw in side and run tube connected to fan. Takes all the heat off of the light!

i've grown under both...if you set up right you dont have to worry about thremal footprints, and i've ssen other rooms with my own eyes that have LED lights and the yeild sucked, longer flowering time, and the are unattractive in a grow room. who are you to say i need to do more research? have fun smoking your retarded pot.

Hey Jon-E the LED lights are so much better than the regular lights. At least twice as much yield. Plus no heat and no thermal footprints. Read up before you make a statement such as this one. It shows your lack of knowledge.

The one under the LED lights is not purple. The lamp makes it appear that way. Take the light off and it is green.
