Hey Wounder, the best flush for you to use is clean water. take your plants and put them in your bath tub and give them 3 times the water as the amount of medium. So for example if you are growing them in a 3 gallon pot, you will need to flush them with at least 9 gallons of water. After you flush them you will not want to water them for a little while or you could hurt your plants from to much water. By the way you guys need to try the L.E.D. lights. They work great, but they are kinda high.
