GANJI'S GROW JOURNAL -- Day 250

Did some more transplanting this week. Repotted five NL#9 clones into the large buckets. Also repotted two Sweet Tooth seedlings and the last two remaining NL#9 clones into mid sized containers. Planted five more NL#9 seeds this week and they’re already coming up. Not scheduled to harvest again for three weeks and will have to move the next five in next week. It’ll be a challenge to fit them all in the flowering room, but I’ll have to find a way.
Ganji had only planned to put three plants in the flowering room every other week, but since he had to start from seed again, and can’t be sure of their sex, he’s ended up with more than he expected. He also has several leftover NL#9 clones to flower out, which is also taking up more space than expected. Currently, Ganji’s flowering chamber has three groups of plants in different stages of growth. The oldest group is the two NL#9 clones that are 5 weeks into flowering. The next group is the four Sweet Tooth plants which are two weeks behind. The last group is the five NL#9 clones just one week into flowering. Ganji wanted to have four groups of three plants for a total of twelve plants total. At this point he already has 11 plants in three stages and seems to need room for five more in the next group. Compounding the problem is the fact that the plants are all very large and well developed. --MAX
I’ve spread the plants in the flowering chamber out as much as possible, but there’s still very little room to add more. Everything’s growing so fast and lush. May have to do some pruning of the stuff at the bottoms to make room and concentrate growth at the tops where nice buds are forming all over. Pruning is definitely an option. Since the plants are all so lush and healthy, why not get rid of the small stuff at the bottom that won’t grow that well in the dim light anyway and make enough room to create a Sea of fat Green colas instead. --MAX
Last weeks harvest is dry. Not the best buds I’ve ever grown, but good enough to get me through until the next one.
That’s all that counts! --MAX
