Here's an exclusive from General Hydroponics: New Coco Cups rooting baskets. Made from 100%-organic coco fibers that are held together with natural latex, they're completely biodegradable. However, the intertwined coco fibers are super-strong. The cups hold their shape when wet, and won't break up to clog your system.
Fill them with your favorite medium or anything you like. Try replacing rockwool cubes with Coco Cups on your ebb-and-flow table. My favorite application has to be for aeroponics tables. Use them as liners for the net pots, and watch the 360-degree nest of roots grow larger than ever. The coco fiber will increase early root development, leading to heartier plants.
