I'm a Chef who worked for years in kitchens in Southern California. Most recently, I was the Head Chef at Embassy Suites, Irvine, CA. I have been a Prop 215 patient for 6yrs. My Doctor is Michael Gitter MD, CA License G20658. I have a hernia in my stomach and a pinched nerve in my right shoulder. I noticed that my hands were getting weak about six yrs ago. I was working at a high volume place. I went to my hmo doctor. They gave me pills. I couldn't work on them. I went to my mmj doctor and we tried the edible approach. I have found that eating Cannabis helps in all my pain and nerve issues.     I have been working hard on the 2nd season of Cannabis Planet! I have some new recipes and we have lots of new footage. I am giving you a new favorite recipe. I love Naan bread! I am giving you a simple recipe that can be made in minutes.

     

    Naan (Indian) Bread

    Ingredients
    2 cups plain flour
    1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon oil
    1/3 cup natural yogurt
    1 egg; lightly beaten
    2 tablespoons water

    2 grams Cannabis Oil

    ghee for frying

     

    Directions
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in oil, yogurt, egg, cannabis oil and water. Mix to a soft pliable dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured board and knead for 5 minutes or until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest for 1 hour. Divide dough into 6 …READ MORE

    I recently went to my patient’s Chemo treatment. It was surreal. I could describe it only as a cold and dreary place. I would say it was like a scene of a prison movie with out the danger of a knife fight breaking out. There were processions of people being hustled around room to room, depending on your insurance of course. When we finally got into the hospital area for patient chemo treatments, the nurses were in a hurry and very overworked. I asked the head nurse for some history of diet for my patient and they did not have the time or care to give us the attention someone this sick deserves.

     

    I backed off and let the normal routine go down. I was amazed at the big business that Cancer Treatment really is. I saw several patients in and out of the treatment rooms, all looking worse as they left. Now this was very disturbing too me. I never have liked hospitals, especially …READ MORE

    Hello everyone, I'm about to start my second season of Cannabis Planet! I hope all of you have enjoyed the show! I've been making desserts, here is my patients favorite!

     

    Sunny's Medicated Crème Brulee Ingredients 1 quart heavy cream 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped 3/4 cup vanilla sugar, divided 6 large egg yolks 2 quarts hot water Honey, 1T per person (medicated with a good indica hemp oil!) Directions

    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

    Place the cream, vanilla bean and its pulp into a medium saucepan set over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, cover and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Remove the vanilla bean and reserve for another use.

    I recently went to the hospital with my patient.  It was very scary.  We went to her cancer treatment.  It was super intense. I fed her this soup after! Everyone please send me and her good vibes and prayers!

     

    Corn Chowder Ingredients 2 tablespoons canna-butter Extra-virgin olive oil, 1 T medicated per person 1 onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced 6 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 6 cups vegetable stock, fresh if you can make it. 2 cups heavy cream, I like to infused Cannabis oil into mine.     I have a new home-base and am extremely grounded in compassion.  I have taken on a live-in patient who is extremely sick.  I am going to feed her constantly with healthy happy meals.

     

    Here is the new regiment:

     

    1. Wake up early and stretch. Then take a hot bath to loosen up the body.

     

    2. Then eat a healthy meal, with extreme levels of THC. I have been using Pineapple Kush, a heavy indica, leaf and all to make butter. It is very potent.

    Long Beach police officials have served a series of search warrants at several marijuana dispensaries for illegal sales of drugs, including four in Orange County.

     

    The raids, which were carried out Thursday with the help of the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, included Tangent Retail, a medical marijuana clinic in Garden Grove also known as Unit D, and three locations that were not clinics in Fullerton, Anaheim and Westminster, Long Beach police Cmdr.
