Ok, first of all, if you want legislators to listen to anything at all you have to say, you need to articulate yourselves correctly. I've read all the comments and there are misspellings all over the place. Grammar is horrible! Are you people uneducated? You are only proving the legislators points? My personal advise, as a well educated, corporate user, is that you represent your comments in a professional manner in which the assholes who make these stupid laws will begin to realize that (what we smoke) is not something only idiots smoke! I hada simlular situation with me where the witnesses were the officers themselves. Unfortunately thier affidavits hold up in court just as strongly as civilian if not more. It's oging to be interesting to see how this turns out. If it's not resolved by now. NO offense just my experience.

Man, that is some straight bullsh*t!! From the info you gave, they did not have enough to get a warrant to seaarch your home. Buying garden supplies that are sold legally and can be used for all sorts of legal reasons is not enough probable cause to look at your electric usage.

Even your electric bill isnt proof of anything illegal. You could have a hot tub running on a timer, or DJ equipment. Or you have appliances and electronics on timers. Plus, people have hydro veggie & fruit gardens indoors.

That is invasion of your privacy if they looked at your electric just because you bought garden supplies.

You sure they didnt have more on you? You didnt tell anyone about the garden or show anyone?

Both the fiber (bast) and pulp (hurd) of the hemp plant can be used to make toilet paper. Fiber paper was the first kind of paper, and the first batch was made out of hemp in ancient China. Fiber paper is thin, tough, brittle, and a bit rough. Pulp paper is not as strong as fiber paper, but it is easier to make, softer, thicker, and preferable for most everyday purposes. The toilet paper we use most today is a `chemical pulp' paper made from trees. Hemp pulp toilet paper can be made without chemicals from the hemp hurd. Most hemp paper made today uses the entire hemp stalk, bast and hurd. High-strength fiber paper can be made from the hemp baste, also without chemicals. According to the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, one acre of hemp can produce 4 times more paper than one acre of trees!

Actually, I wasn't refering to the by-product that you scape from a bowl, but the actual resin production, the development of the THC, and the ripening and filling out of the callyxes. This product enhances that production in peak growing conditions. The callyxes will actually swell more than normal for any particular strain that you are using. Increased production equals an increased stone. I'm no dumb ass and there is no reason to talk to me as such. Even if I was talking about taking resin hits, haven't we all been there once before? I'm not gonna tell you how to say what you have to say, just refrain from talking down to me. late

if its female it will continue to grow and flower on its own.
I would suggest that the next time you decide to throw seeds out, throw them in different buckets so you can later move the plant and not have to worry about digging it up causing stress.
No smoking males. Its useless and growing them for smoking purposes is a waste of time.
If you "threw" the seed out 2 or 3 months ago you can force flowering by covering plant up at 12/12, 12 hours light, 12 hours darkness.
If you want to wait, you can wait. Plants know exactly what the outside is going to do.
You wouldnt want to grow a plant from seed for too long. The cannabis plant is designed to be grown in a regular outdoor cycle.
3-4 months in veg. and then flower it.
3-4 months represent summer cycles. May, June, July August, and then the sun doesnt stay out as long creating shorter days. Hence another 2 months of flowering..september, october. Harvest time!

First of all, i would use a bucket or a solid box( no light penetration) to put over the plant and force it to show its balls.., or, lack thereof.
Within a week of covering up your plant to where it only gets 12 hours of light should reveal its sex to you and help you make a determination on wether or not you want to continue growing this rouge plant.

I have seen many good plants come from seeds thrown over ones shoulder.
The seeds you've been tossing will hopefully carry the strongest genetic background available to the plant.
Even if your plant turns herm, which i have a feeling it will, it will contain smokable bud, but with seeds.
If the plant turns out to be male? trash it. Chances are that most, if not all the seeds it produces will also produce herms or males.
I grow inside so i'm always using clones from prior growing sessions. This practice saves on time, light, energy.
There is nothing worse than nurturing a plants for 3 months only to find its a male.
Cloning from prior valuable crops and clones from your friends garden will help ensure that you dont waste your time and efforts growing males and herms.
Seeds do have their benefits.
If you're lucky and the seeds give you female plants you can expect higher yields, but planting seeds also takes 3-5 months to mature and another 2 months to ripen.
Using clones i can harvest all female plants every 2.5 month.
I average over 2 lbs of bud every 2.5 months, and i use my leaf and my smaller buds in my bubblebags for some 100% hashish. No pollutants end up in my hash using cold water extraction.

IMO, the best thing to do is to find a good clone source.
Once you've established a decent strain/clone, you can then continue to take clones from your plants.
Seeds are nice but they're a crap shoot. Using clones and Cloning is a sure thing, especially for the inside grower.

do some research. Resin isnt what you want to be smoking.
THC is a molecule that ends up in your resin, but the amount is very minimal.

hey everybody...i usually go in my backyard to smoke and i usually just throw the seeds away. well oneday i threw about 15 seeds over my shoulder toward my roof. some how one of the seeds landed in my gutter and sprouted a plant. i transplantsit with the same soil into a large pot. im not sure of what kind it is or even its sex. the seeds i threw were a mixture of difrent things. its about a foot and a half tall. i water it a little bit evry couple of days but im really not sure what to do wih it. all i know is that i dont want it to die. im not sue of the exact strain but i never have bad bud.its always good.any help or sugestions would be gretly apreciated.thanks-

Whats up ya'll! I thought I would share my "soil recipe" with you. I use a mixture of 25% perlite, 25% vermiculite, 25% worm castings, and 25% humus !! This soil is very light and roots grow very fast! It is also very rich in nitrogen and microbes and wont need fertilzing for 1-2 months depending on strain!! I only fertilize twice in the entire life cycle and both times are in the flowering stage !! I use Alaska Mor-Bloom 0-10-10 it works great and is only $13 a gal. It is very concentrated and you only mix 1 Tbsp to 1 Gal of water so a gallon of fert goes a long way !!!

do you really want a plant that produces more resin?
The only reason i could see a plants need to create more resin would be to protect it from an even hotter sun, which is basically what resin does. It is a plants defense mechanism against extreme UV rays.
Cannabis is a very advanced and smart plant and because of its capability to create more resin in extreme heat, it will be one of the plants on earth that will have little proplem dealing with a changing climate.
I would focus my time on making sure that i get the highest percent of THC out of the dominant cross in my strain(s). But, if you want more resin, create more heat. Its that simple.

I saw a 1 lb. jar that was about 25 bucks at a hydoponics store. At only 1/4 tsp. a gal. it should last you a while. I saw one other item I would recomend highly. Hygrozyme. It is a little pricey but worth every cent. You will see ridiculous growth in the stalks and root systems. I'm not sure exactly how it works but what it does is break down any dead material in the soil and root system and turn it into food thus creating a friendlier environment for the roots to grow. I'm not kidding about the stalk size either. Do a google search on it. late

Google it to find a store in your area that carries it. Fox Farm makes the product. It is engineered specificaly for resin producing plants (9-50-10). Very potent stuff. Very nice results. Mixed with Big Bud (0-10-40) provides a great formula for big resinous plants. Done with the three part Ionic hydro ferts.......mmmmmmmm is all that comes to mind. As for soil, I think that a 33/33/33 mix of Fox Farm ocean forest organic soil, Fox Farm light warrior organic high yield grow medium with delicious mycorrhizae and humic acid, and perlite would work in 3 gallon pots QUITE well. But alas I will never know. So how is it out in the beautiful state of OR today? I bet it is beautiful. Anyways, I'll be back. late

Wh, hey, I also use the Supersoil and it works wonderfully. Sounds like we have a very similiar set up going. I haven't had any problems with the soil or Miracle Grow. and I am happy with the results so far.

Not everybody can grow for themselves and if it's me is growing and supplying the clubs then he is helping more people than he can grow for, so what difference does it really make? even when i kill a cat with my 22,I feel terrible about it,but i feel its the only way,i have cats myself but where i live in a rural area 12 miles from the city seems to be a dumping ground for unwanted pets!! they just show up on my place by the droves of them,hungry,scared,sick,unwanted,people are s iresponsable I feel it is the most humane thing to do,to bury them,i have acouple of acers of land so thats what I do,but i dont like it,shooting them right behind the front leg seems to be best,hollow point,takes them about a minute to die,its sad but i wont risk a head shot unless im real close,now you people no me a little better.smkabol

nor-cal smoker,please pay no attention to this asshole!now,back to ferts.,I have decided to use this fert called bloom burst 10-50-10.I got it at walmart for 2.31,cheap!it comes in a container like miricle grow,and i suspect they make it for walmart,its probaly m.grow.now a weak solution(1 level teaspoon per gallon is what i give them every day,steping up the strength PROGRESSIVLY as they grow biger!by the 6th week,a teaspoon and a half i think,of course a couple of flushes in there somware would be good,because if the salts build up to much it prevents nutient uptake,cool,ive used strickly organic ferts until now,and like what im seeing,well n.c.,try to have a good day and forget this asshole,who i still believe its vash,I dont buy into his terrorism shit on OUR web page and I wish they(ht)would push there button making him unable to post,that would be sweet!!!!!i know they could do it,smkabol

Hey, wh, I don't know what kinda set up you have going but, I use Miracle Grow and dilute it and it works beautifully. I have been told not to use it before because of the salt build up but, I haven't had any problems with it. What I usually do is water with the Miracle Grow and then the next watering I flush and then repeat it again the next time. Works well for me.

it depends,its me.I go strictly by the hightimes advise,I guess,when I cutem down,and just cutem down at end of their day,I like to wait until i see what looks like little yellow flowers apear on surface of buds(9 weeks) for my strain which is dr atomic afgahni+passion seeds mazar which are pure indica,which I dearly love its cerebal high!anyway i cutem down,is better than leaving the roots on i think because ive tried it both ways and i like to cutem,hang them in a dark place @ 70 deg.,where the air is moving ,not blowing on them!and where the air is being changed,you dont want any humidity to build,thell rot!hang 5 days or until the outside of them feels a bit dry,mabey hang em 7 days like this,upside down,of course.then i like to delimb them,getting rid of the main stem and right into paper sacks from the market,about a half oz in each bag,what you think would be a half oz,dried,close the top of bags and shake twice a day,leave bags in same room where you hanged em.now this is important!after 5 more days in bags start checking moister content,you want an exposed stem to break,but not completly,you still need a little moister left in them,its ok,you can add a little moistness to them if you fuck up and get them to dry,at this point,they go into mason jars,about half full,seal them.every day from there shake them a little and leave the lids off for a hour,this will take another week,at least now you know exactly how I cure my weed its me.

ah,my set up is working beutiful!!!im gonna try miracle grow super flowering,I know its chem,but used in a weak solution should work great!!!already seeing radical growth at only 2 weeks into flowering!im running a 600 w hps and 400 mh in same reflector,my exhaust feed is in the reflector so im having no problem keeping the room @ 70 deg. per its me sugestions,thanks its me,my last crop was 2 plants,and they were very stony and large but i can SEE that these new three females are gonna make the last ones look like stubs!!!!!as long as i flush them at 8 weeks and give them only water for last week or9th ,final week,there will be no chemicals in it,AND its me,drying and curing the gangja is the most fun besides watching them grow,dont you agree,god,quiting the weed for a while has truly made me apreciate the weed even more,smkabol

I really need to know more about your case. There are a few good Federal case, but I need to know what state you live in. In the 6th Circuit there is a case called United States -v- Bates 84F.3d 790, 794 (6th Circuit) Need to know what kind of search warrant they had No-Knock or what and what are all the reason they used for the Probable Cause Affidaivt.

Yeah, it's me has a point. The feds don't just bust down your door for a few ladies. You said that you purchased only one bag of medium, which was probably a 50lb. or 100 lb. bag (max). I think if you have a good lawyer you should be straight, it seems pretty cut and dry. Unless the prosecuting attorney or the feds can produce proof that many customers made the same or similar purchases and were followed home with the same repercussions, then you should have a pretty good case for harassment. Or they could make an example out of you. They could really be after the business.............late
