Market Analysis:

Kush reclaimed its customary position as the top pot this month. For those keeping track, that makes four first place finishes for Kush, two for Purps and one for Northern Lights thus far in 2009. The top 5 submitted strains in July (with average price) were: Kush ($415), Purps ($458), Haze ($449), Diesel ($408), and Blueberry ($424).

Index Watch: Both the US and Kind indices finished very close to their previous month’s average. This leveling off caps five months of fluctuation for the major indices. Meanwhile, Mids and Schwag both dropped from the previous month; however, each settled in close to its year-to-date average.
