Diesel – a perennial runner-up – closed out 2009 by narrowly beating Kush and Haze for its first finish as the most submitted strain of the month since October 2008 (14 months). For those who enjoy keeping track of such things, Kush was easily the most submitted strain of the year, with eight first-place finishes (including a tie in August); Purps took high honors three times; and Northern Lights and Diesel each finished in the top pot spot once. The top 5 submitted strains for December (with average price) were: Diesel ($386), Kush ($476), Haze ($413), Purps ($450) and Trainwreck ($358).
Index Watch: All indices finished the month within $6 of their year-to-date averages with the exception of the Schwag Index, which dropped $13 from the previous month and finished $24 below its year-to-date average.
CURRENT US PRICE INDEX: $361 (last month: $364, Year-to-Date: $367)
CURRENT SCHWAG INDEX ($1-$149 PER OZ): $60 ($73, $84)

“I've had pot that tasted like Franken Berry cereal before, and this ain't it. Full of tiny seeds…guess those are the ‘berries.’”
“Absolutely beautiful Biesel (3rd generation Blueberry X Sour Diesel) that is distinctive to Western New York! It truly is the best of both worlds…it lures you in with its fruity Blueberry smell, then kicks you in the lungs with the oh so pungent and powerful taste of Diesel.”
“A luxurious blend of Bubblegum and Jack Herer. Not for the novice puffer. Full body-high. Sativa dominant.”
“Purple Brainwreck is some of the finest weed I have ever smoked. Deep purple flavor, very pungent aroma. Disorienting, near psychedelic high. This is a must have strain for any connoisseur.”
“It’s very rare that you can get your hands on some good weed in Bergen, almost only hash. Most people don’t even know what strain they’re selling – they don’t even understand the word ‘strain.’ But occasionally there’s some good homegrown on the streets.”

HOLY FUCKING SHIT THESE PRICES ARE INSANE!!!!!
"FOR THE LOVE AND WANT OF MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL.,"
HEY!! I DID'NT COME UP WITH THIS SAYING!!! IT WAS SOME DUDE NAMED GOD OR JESUS OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT WAS'NT IT?
"MAINTAINING THE THUG CLASS AND MAINTAINING POLARIZED ELITE, AND SEPARATING DIFFERANT RACES AND ECONOMIC CLASSES IS THE MEANS TO THE END OF ANY DEMOCRACY.,"
NOW WHO SAID THAT?!?!
KEEPING YOUR FREEDOM IS NO JOKE.
ALL YOU HOME GROWERS KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
THIS "DRUG WAR" IS AGAINST BASIC FREEDOMS AND THE RIGHT TO ONES PROFITS AND LABORS AS WELL AS THE RIGHT TO BE FREE FROM GOVERNMENT INTRUSION INTO PRIVATE MATTERS.,IF IT WHERE ABOUT DRUGS AND PEOPLES HEALTH AND WELLFARE I DO'NT THINK THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WOULD BE SPENDING BILLIONS TO LOCK US UP AND TO PUT ARMED MEN IN OUR STREETS OR WEAPONIZED AIRCRAFT INTO THE AIR IF IT WHERE JUST ABOUT THOSE THINGS.,
I THINK OUR MONEY WOULD BE BETTER SPENT ON HEALTH CARE AND DRUG TREATMENT FOR ADDICTS AND DOCTORS FOR BETTER PAIN MANAGEMENT FOR THOSE ON PAIN KILLERS FOR INTRACTABLE PAIN FROM INJURIES AND DISEASES.
IF PEOPLE COULD GET WHAT THEY NEEDED WHEN THEY NEEDED IT., IT WOULD'NT LEAD TO HAVING TO RELY ON THE BASIC TENNANT OF BREAKING THE LAW TO OBTAIN ONES DRUG OF CHOICE FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU HAVE.
THE WHOLE BUNCH OF IT CAN BE SUMMED UP LIKE THIS.,
THE EQUATION IS.,
DRUGS=MONEY, POWER, CONTROL.
GROW YOUR OWN,, FREE YOUR MIND, FREE THE PLANET!!!!!!!!!

If someone from Michigan submits a price for what they are getting, then it will make it into the THMQ.
