hey everyone luv high times alot get alot of good input on cultivation and i take in all of it as they say their are more then one way to grow but i was wondering if anyone has bought any seeds from the sites on here i was lookin at the dutch seed company and i seen a couple different strains i would luv to get but im not gonna pay money on sumthin i wont ever get because i live in the usa im not sure that they will be able to send me seeds if i ordered can anyone tell me if that site is legit??? my other question is i was lookin at the strains and sum strains cost more then 160 dollars for ten seeds and other strains cost only 50 dollars wat is the difference is the cheaper strains as good or is it a hoax to make u spend money to get bad seeds or just rip u off of ur money if any one who has experiance in buying from sum of these seed banks that live in the usa i would greatly apreciate ur helping hand and if u could post to me sum good legit seed banks to get good seeds and if i got to pay more to make sure i get good seeds i will gladly do so i just dont want to get got.....

Northern V.A here. Yes, I can assmilate that most people here are incognito users. This is a great substance and I myself no longer smoke it, but! it would be a great thing if there was a high taxation on Marijuana in stores, so that this country could free non-violent offenders of possesion charges. Our states wouldnt be built up of over 20+ prisons in some states. The big problem is crack and meth... Theres many more problems in this country than Marijuana.

If it was legalized the crime rate would drop substantially, Our biggest problem is IMMIGRATION, we have hispanics coming from over 15 different countries with criminal backgrounds and are uneducated. In the 80's they were bringing ships full of coca here. Theres residences with up to 15 people living in them and are getting by better than some our american people that are less fortunate. Taking all of the constuction jobs because they work for less.

Hey,just got back from am-dam, got stoned as fuck for the last 8 days, growing with fluro's works nice i've got 3 top 44 strained plants growing in my wardrobe just into flowering, liturally growing off the fluro from my old empty fish tank, where the plants started off. i recently purchased a maxlume flourescent bulb and c.a.p wing fixture.i purchased purple #1 seeds from weed seed[an excellent co.] after constructing a 3`+3` grow chamber,i grew very nice looking plants, but with tiny buds and minimal thc.i started the plants outdoors and moved them inside to 18Hrs.per day.after reducing to 12 hrs.and after 3 weeks,i still had very small buds.used canna terra and flora nutrients.any helpful hints?was i just impatient?hmmm..

I am glad to see that after posting a comment over a year ago as to how easy it is to grow your bud in the "simple florescent" medium, that SOMEONE has FINALLY realized it is worthy of sharing. Its awesome to see people speaking out against a stereotype that is so rarely discussed. As our country goes through the changes it has needed so badly for the past 8 years, I really hope to see issues like this brought to the general public, so they can make their own decisions on the problem rather than being brainwashed into thinking that pot smokers are irresponsible, lazy, and unintelligent by the commercials they watch. The fact is that a majority of this executive branch and probably beyond would NEVER end their "War on Drugs" because they are reaping the profits from the thousands of non violent criminals locked up in PRIVATIZED PRISONS. For using something less harmful and more useful than practically any other controlled substance, good people are sent to jail where they work for little or no money doing whatever it is that the corporation who owns the prison wants them to do. As much as I am an advocate for the legalization of what I enjoy most, since it has limitless potential as a plant/medicine/textile/oil/vitamin and EXPORT, I think that this country needs to focus on ripping the proverbial corporate roots from our governmental system and its "War on Drugs", and once again, ending slavery.

Adding to what jay said about the income potential: in addition to the income, think of all the money that would be SAVED on superfluous DEA raids, anti-marijuana programs, imprisoning harmless marijuana offenders....the potential is endless.

This is my first time on the sight and it is good to come into contact with educated smokers. Waytoomany.com is fun, but they're not going to get any legalization done.

Write your congressmen, senators, mayors, governors...dollar bills, thats a new one, I hadn't thought of that. Good idea.

I agree with you Dex. Too many non-pot-smokers have false perceptions thinking that every pot smoker is like Tommy Chongs character in Up In Smoke (completely burned).
The majority of users of marijuana are very decent people that work jobs and put their pants on one leg at a time just like everyone else, except instead of having a glass of wine or beer at night we enjoy having a few puffs.
The majority of pot smokers are good people and the only "crime" they commit is smoking marijuana.

NOT TO MENTION if our government legalized it they could rake in a couple billion annually.

PLEASE EVERYONE SUPPORT NORML.ORG AND MAKE A DONATION. WE AS SMOKERS OF MARIJUANA NEED TO STAND UP FOR OUR RIGHTS AND PROVE TO THE GOVERNMENT THAT WE ARE DECENT HARDWORKING AMERICANS THAT ARE JUST AS INTELLIGENT AS ANYONE ELSE.

Please protest, write your officials (anonymously even!) and write "decriminalize marijuana" on the back of dollar bills. Get the word out and keep on smokin people!

Maybe if half... or even a quarter of pot users would learn to speak and or type like an educated person, we would not have the negative stereotype that we do. Perhaps then the laws might change. However, we have half-baked people making bad examples out of the majority ( look at the threads below my post... a bunch of tards) rather than hard working citizens that are responsible adults that deserve the right to act as such. I urge you High Times to moderate your forums and encourage responsible use by responsible adults. Your publication is the voice of many. Who do you want to be heard by?
