Alcohol prohibition ended when jurors would no longer convict anyone of an alcohol related crime. Marijuana prohibition is ending the same way. It is getting hard for prosecutors to get a conviction on a marijuana charge. It only takes one juror to hang a jury and cause a mistrial. They probably won't re-try.

About time Colorado got some props. Out here, the MMJ Harvest Cup winning strain Bio-Diesel has been sold to dispensaries under the name Death Star, because Bio-Diesel is exclusive the Denver Relief boys. We also call them the 420MEDS boys because they have the best phone number in Denver! 303.420.MEDS.

Ok I dont mean to downgrade this issue cause ive been reading hightimes for a few years but im sorry theres no such thing as legal pot or legal marijuana growing or even owning a medical marijuana dispensary....Yesterday Unit-d in Garden grove was raided by the DEA.(sept 17th2009) and they took the owner and 3 employees...also rigth now im facing a daunting case that scares me everyday and I live in this so called free america..I live in Cali and even with our laws tragically there ruining peoples lives... WE DONT HAVE IT GOOD HERE LIKE ALL U THINK... IM HURT TO BE APART OF THIS COUNTRY IM ASHAMED TO BE AN AMERICAN...FOR OUR GOVERNMENT IS JUST A TYRANNY RUINING GOOD PEOPLES LIVES...out of yesterday victoms the owner was Dad.... a husband church community leader and is by far one of the nicest people i know the girls that were arrested yesterday are also dear to my heart and I know exactly the pain they feel being raided and treated like a criminal...I only Pray to god that ALL OF US MARIJUANA SMOKERS STAND UP AND LEGALIZE ON NOV 2010 ...ITS THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THIS INJUSTICE
