Renewed Hope for Corby

Schapelle Corby will hope she will avoid an anniversary in Bali's jails by winning an appeal against her conviction of drug trafficking this week.
The Bali High Court is due to deliver its decision before Thursday on whether to quash a verdict against her handed down in May.
The panel of appeal judges has been reviewing the case, which led to her 20-year jail term for bringing four kilograms of marijuana to Bali last October.
If Corby fails in the High Court, she can still appeal to Indonesia's Supreme Court.
However, its chief justice, Professor Bagir Manan, has ruled out hearing new evidence.

those countries think that by having these draconian laws, they can "look good" in the West and not only keep us out of their wing, but give money to fund their scientific--sometimes nuclear--experiments. the day will come when these countries will become more powerful than yours, it's just a matter of time. so I say--while we still have the floor--stop these countries from behaving so inhumanly!!! F@%king disgusting, that's all.
