Kingsley Was Taught Smoking Cannabis with Fake Pot for 'The Wackness' Role

New York, June 30 : Film director Jonathan Levine says that he had to teach Sir Ben Kingsley how to smoke cannabis for the latter’s role in his film ‘The Wackness’, though using a fake joint.

"I had to teach him how to properly hit a bong," the New York Daily News quoted the writer/director as saying at the Cinema Society screening of the movie.

The film is dark comedy about dealing pot in New York in the ‘90s, and it depicts Kingsley as a pothead therapist.

Levine said that Kingsley took on the role because "versatility is my middle name. I've got to surprise people, and I've got to surprise myself."

His younger co-star, Josh Peck, said: "It's surreal watching Method Man pass a fake joint to Sir Ben Kingsley. But the fake pot smoked on the set was bad. It just burned your throat and had no effect. It was a total gyp, dude!"

As to what was packed in the joints, Levine said: "It's kind of like herbal tobacco. It doesn't taste great or smell great, either. I felt bad for everyone's lungs." (ANI)

CIA can go fuck himself! I am a vet and I smoke pot. I served proudly in the military and would gladly do it again. CIA is obviously one useless moron who would rather degrade people for their values, especially if they don't fall in line with his. My advice to him would be to walk into a biker bar and tell those guys what you think of those who served. My only hope is that it is the biker bar that I hang out in.

Bush Jr. is still doing coke. Didn't anyone see the informal press conference he did a few years ago at 'The Ranch'. He came out with a massive smile and a big sniff and said how he appreciated Australia backing him (up against a wall) and supporting him in Iraq. Between each sentence he gave a huge, long sniff like he had something up his nose he shouldn't have had and he wore this stupidly huge performance enhanced smile. The assholes still doing it.

Refuse to watch any movie that people who dont smoke pot play stoners, its just large movie producers trying to market to stoners for money. Not to mention now adays its an easy $8 to watch a 1and1/2 movie, where popcorn is $5for a small and the company treats it workers like crap. Corporate America makes me sick.
Thats why I refuse to watch the new Herold and Kumar movie.

IDK, special cameos doesn't really make a movie but I'm entriged to what this movie will bring. Hey, who wouldn't like to see Method Man puff on fake herb? lol.

I can only hope that this movie will not be lame. Shit sandwich, tastes delicious! Nine out of ten people agree that watching Pineapple Express while stoned will be much more enjoyable then this 'Wack' movie.
