the girl probably got into trouble doing something she wasnt suppose to do then got grounded and it was her way of getting out of it.i cant imagine her having many friends because she cant keep a secret for sure.

my first reaction was likely the same as most of yours... "what a ****!"

But... we don't know the back story.

The only way this would be justified is if he was abusing his daughter (and no, i don't mean by growing weed in the same house as her... that's not child abuse by any stretch of the imagination).

But they didn't say ANYTHING about that. The only "hint" we get about the whole incident, is that she was likely "encouraged" to "report drugs in the home" to her school officials. That's facked ap. If that's the case, i hope she gets herpes, and i hope the one who coaxed it out of her gets paralyzed or mutilated in a horrific accident. These people are horrible, and they're doing this on purpose, even if it may not have been the cause of this particular incident.

If she did it out of pure teenage spite, i hope it comes back to her in a similar way somehow.

However, for 8 years the Bush Administration, the US Department of Jusice (DOJ), and the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) have aggressively targeted, raided, arrested, and prosecuted individuals who comply with state medical cannabis laws. In court, defendants are not allowed to present this as evidence for their defense, or even to mention that such state laws exist. As a result, many innocent people are serving time in federal prisons, and many more are waiting for their sentence.

We demand change NOW. Stand up for them by joining our effort!

This is something everyone has to consider in general. 90% of the time someone gets arrested for something, it happens because of friends or family. Or what they say openly to others. You would think you could trust your family, but more likely than any mistake you will make when growing a plant for example, is the risk that your family will turn you over.
