The cops were part of a state gang task force . The man arrested was a "crip" wearing the colors and fresh out of the pen . The officer was a woman familiar with gangs and felt the frisk was appropriate . This is how the CONCEALED weapon was found .
So the question is, did she have "reasonable suspicion " that warranted a search . AFTER questioning the gang member while he was still in the car , she felt it was appropriate and so did the Supreme Court .

well obviously our government is working for the people. I got pulled over one time for speeding and was ordered out of my vehicle for a "pat-down", when I asked why I had to get out of the car, he said just get out or your going to jail. I was like ok, got outand he found a pipe and a beer(unopened), I was 20. So he threatens to take me in, handcuffs and everything and then just writes me a ticket for the alcohol, not speeding or paraphnelia. He was the fatest blackest cop that I had ever seen. Fuck that guy and the supreme courts decision to let these assholes intrude upon our freedom even more. Disgusting

THIS IS WRONG IN EVERY WAY IMAGINABLE!!! In laymen's terms, if you drive a car and get pulled over, you might be commanded to exit the vehicle for a pat-down BECAUSE you might be a threat to the officer or the public. If you resist, you will be arrested and searched anyway.

Is the 'People's Revolution' really going to have to start with violence from our side?! Exactly how many people does it take to get weed decriminlized?
