An update is in order... when i went to court on April 9,2010 they revoked my probation! both cases were then combined for sentencing. instead of 12-16.... I got 6-8, while down I earned 5 weeks off my time and got out on November 7th.

I am FREE again! ready to keep enlightening the souls that find their way to my path.

these cops broke into the evidence bags after I was taken from the scene and stole drugs and money. they are now being investigated by the FBI, and others. The cops in this town are responsible for drug resale. they really tried to make this sound way bigger than it was. THE REAL TRUTH IS... I WAS NOT, I REPEAT NOT SELLING ANYTHING IN THAT AREA, I WAS NOT THE SOURCE REFERED TO EARLIER BY CATAMOUNT. SOME OF WHAT I HAD CAME FROM THE SOURCE THOUGH. THERE WAS ONLY ABOUT A GRAM OF 2C-B, AND ABOUT A GRAM OF DOC/DOI MIXED(STILL LEGAL AT THE TIME)12 HITS OF L SAVED FROM ABOUT 4 YEARS OF SHOWS LIKE. THE CAPSULES REFERED TO WERE ALL EMPTY, MY LAB CONSISTED OF A FUNNEL. ALL INGREDIENTS WERE COMPLETELY UNOPENED AND BOUGHT OFF EBAY. YES UNASSEMBLED UNUSED. WAS CREATING MEDICINE FOR MY SPIRIT QUEST JOURNEY... COLLECTED AND PLANNED FOR OVER A YEAR, WAS ONLY WAITING ON THE NEXT NEW MOON TO START,79X TABS BEFORE THEY STOLE SOME. ALMOST A WHOLE POUND OF WEED,BEFORE SOME WAS STOLEN, ONLY 1.5 POUND OF MUSHROOMS. 1/4 GRAM OF dmt NOT 2 GRAMS.I HAD OVER 10k IN CASH BEFORE OVER 3k WAS STOLEN.I WAS NOT A PREVIOUS FELON (THAT WAS completely MADE UP, CHARGE DROPPED) THESE COPS ARE DIRTY BASTARDS.
Most the charges were dropped!!! they gave 2xsched 6, 4xsched 1,paraphernalia, maintaining dwelling.
3 years probation, the 1st 6 months intense, $3k fines,144 hours comm. service and that is it.
At the time of sentencing I was living in Knoxville, so I transfered probation to knox. got there and was told by the probation office there to wait at my house till the interstate paperwork got there, they said it would take about 3-4 months before I would hear from them... never heard from them. middle dec. I got evicted because of my disabilty animal(seizure detection) moved into new place. it lasted bout a month. toward end of jan. lost place to live again so I took my dog and hitched to orlando leaving all my stuff in the new house. Mom and I planned to return to NC and work something out with the PO from NC whom she had been talking to.Couldnt stay at moms with dog so i got a room about a mile away. before I could even lay down they busted into my room, saying they had a warrant(motel allowed the police to get my name from computer and run an NCIC check)I had a gram of bud on table,then after 25 days in orange co jail got extradited to NC. When I got here i had a bond of $5k and they were pissed was getting out. They then made up a charge and arrested me while i was in their jail ran the bond up to $50k. I went to court 5 days later and they dropped that bogus charge and lowered bond back to $5,000. So I bonded. walk upstairs to PO office, checked in with her and when I went to leave she pulls another warrant from a folder and says' there was a paperwork mishap and I actually had 2 warrants because my charges were split into 2 court cases and 1 violation actually triggers 2 violations. she then arrested me and took me back to the jail. it was another 7 hours of waiting for a magistrate that left her office for church while on the clock. So i bonded again got out. stayed with a friend of a friend for 3 weeks till yesterday when he threw me out. I got a room next to the courthouse and started trying to contact the probation ppl. of course no answer. the PO went to the house i was thrown out of last night and was told where I was and that I was thrown out, he then came here to check on me, and told me things were fine just go to the office in morning to update address.This morning i walked to the office and My PO came down on me like a ton of bricks,arrested me(violation not getting permission to move)so I had to spend the money i had borrowed for fines, on bonding out on 2 bonds again. so now I broke going to treatment everyday trying to get into rehab, pay fines so when i go to court next friday I something to show the judge. hoping he doesnt revoke me. since they split it all into 2 cases my jail time is doubled as well. Im looking at 12-16 months. In this same court I watched a trial of a mexican dude that was buying his 11 year old neice from her parents and molesting her, they gave him less time that what they are trying to give. They keep saying Im a flight risk... when I have been at every court date every meeting, even last year on dead tour i spent thousands travelling here for court from tour. If i had the $ for a real lawyer case would have been tossed out. they broke the chain of custody with the evidence by ripping into the bags and stealing then rebagging after i left the scene. I was interrogated without lawyer at the scene. they had the wrong address on the search warrant. MY PUBLIC PRETENDER WOULD NOT EVEN BRING IT UP AT COURT.
Anyone who reads this should help me in reporting these dirty cops and probation ppl. They are bad bad ppl. should be arrested themselves...especially Jimmy Ashe and other high ranking SBI officials from ASHVILLE. The one from my house was LEE TRITT(dirty sbi)

Every last one of us should stop calling psychedelics 'psychedelics' or 'drugs' which is what the war on DRUGS enforcers USE as derogotary terms, but rather sacred medicine. Terms that are loaded. IF on other other hand we call them for what they are ACTUALLY doing which is war on sacred medicine then it becomes clearer

But it dont stop there. WE have to deeply understand this. That psychedelics are some drugs to 'get fucked/stoned' 'trip out' and al;l these louche descriptions typical of spoilt moderns. We HAVE to deeply respect them

We need a whole new understanding about this, MATURE!! And also not becming 'plastic shamans' , but from our OWn western persptive begin disseminating to thers that what is being suppressed is sacred medicine for the soul. The soul that has been abused for TOO long by this soul dead system!

This is weak man, this was a major source for our school Western Carolina University...but it's not the only source. Cops don't get it, you don't stop drug use by shutting down the supplier(s). Dumbasses.

Darn,they just busted a E-LAB in Willits California,The border patrol just made 2 large seizures of MDMA!you can read that on the border patrol website and the E lad you can read in the Uekia Journal in northern Cali.This stuff always happens before DEAD TOUR.The bust in California was enough E to keep everybody on tour high at every show!!!

ive been seenin some crazy purps in metro atlanta, and some strain irene thats been gettin me ripped. but none of that shit you got.

Speaking of high grade in the south, has anyone heard of the strain Sour Azalea? It's in the countryside of metro Atlanta, has a creepy & long lasting psychedelic sativa high with a drowsy side effect and I haven't found it on the internet... I reckon it's Sour Diesel that has been selected for it's flowery qualities (no trace of fuel aroma), but I'd love to know if it's a local creation or ordered from elsewhere. It fucking rocks once you get used to fight or flight response!

If this guy drops 50-100 K on a lawyer. Hes probbaly lookin at Class A Misdemenor for the Weed, Class A Misdemenor for the ectacsy, Class B Felony for the LSD and Class A felony for Drug Equpiment, He could get all the traficing droped but hell be looking at 20-50 years with chance for freedom by his 15 years, but hell have fines of up to 200,000 dollars and be on probation for the next 25 years.... All because he thought selling drugs was better than going to college and actully getting a real job!

No offense but this guy is stupid as hell.. If your going to have a lab; make sure your only working on 1 drug. To have all those drugs at the Lab is just plain stupidity hes going to face all the consequences and its all his fault! No two ways about it, this isnt the police's fault nor the DEA, this is fredom and the trail that he blazed for himself.
