well maybe they will have like some kind of secondary research that isolates each drug's effectiveness at relieving pain by itself. but i agree with the poster below, what a waste of tax money for that main question to be answered. also, i hope they use more than one method for getting cannabis into the system, ie oral spray, oral consumption(brownie), smoked and vaporized. too many variables for them to truly isolate effectiveness with only $148,000. maybe the gov just wants to try to prove that the morphine derivatives are better than cannabis. couldn't hurt to know either way though.

This is probably the dumbest fucking thing ive heard of course weed and morphine together are going to provided better pain relief than either alone. I could tell you that without wasting my tax money. What they need to do it get someone to prove the medical bennifits of weed alone and show that shit to congress or anyone else who has a say so in the laws of our great country
