Medical Marijuana Patient Convicted of Felony

so i have a california 215 and i went to oregon and got pulled over with over 28gs. the charges i got were possesion and intent to deliver. both class b felonies. so i denied the d.a offer and am waiting for the judge on the 28. how much jail time u think ill do? ive been in jail before but this place looks shitty. Medical marijuana is a joke, people are selling "medicine" with out ever going to school for it like a pharmacist does. this is a joke and a shame. people who really need it should have documented proof from multiple physicians, people selling it have no clue of the effects of it.. not one of the medical doctors who proscribe it ever ask if you have had past addiction problems. just because people haven't died doesn't mean peoples lives haven't been ruined. no one at the age of 13-18 started smoking pot for medical reasons it was all to get high and now once its medical now they have a physical pain or depression or some type of lying accuse. ur not human if u don't suffer from some type of depression in your life, life is hard stop being weak and suck it up and move on...... I was in Fort Meyers Florida once and i had two ounces in an ald binoculars case and i was peeking around this corner to see if my cousins was coming yet ( iwas going to scare him when he walked by), when this fort meyers city policeman saw me and though i looked suspicious by peeking around this corner/building, and he asked me for my id.
He then aked me what was in my binocular case. I about shit my pants. In fla thats a 3rd degree felony at the time. 5 years in prison. Any hoot. Here's the coolest part. Before i could answer him he said.." if there is anything that shouldn't be in their, how about throwing it in the trash can?"
I didnt know what to fricken do...., but..i walked over , took the 2 ounces out of that old binocular case and thew'em in the trash.
He looked at me , handed me my id back and said.." Have a nice day"
Along came my cousin.....we waited for about 25 - 30 minutes..my cousin walked over and got the two ounces out of the trash can and we left.
This happened in 1983 and the fort meyers city policemans name was " officer Snow"
That cop was one cool cat. He could of arrested me, took me to jail maake me post a 10,000 bail, etc etc, up to five years in prison. wow.

Contrary to popular belief, you can only travel to three states with your medical marijuana (Montana, Michigan and Rhode Island). If you are a patient in Oregon, and you look at the DHS FAQ's, question 13 states that you cannot travel anywhere. I'm not sure where 'anonymous' got the number 5, but here is the link for DHS that says 'none.'

This is the issue that makes medical marijuana competitions so lame. If you had one in Cali, they don't recognize any cards except Cali's. If you had one in Michigan, people would have to risk multiple felonies just to get their medicine there, even though they would be legal once they hit the state boundary. I predict that eventually more states will recognize out of state cards, but as of right now, only 3 do.

whats werid about this is that in Oregon your Medical card is good in 5 other states not including california youd think states would change this rule so patients dont half to go threw this garbage.
