i live in denver, co, and its the same 1 oz, per 21 year old story here too, so even tho we didn't get it passed state wide this time, theres always next time.

This is for the morons who don't seem to know which party they might belong to in the election process.

1. If you make more than $250k a year your a Republician

2. If you make less than $250k a year your a Democrat

Some people spend their whole lives never knowing which party they belong to. And you NEVER for against your party. For god-sake people have some loyality.

Word to the wise, if your a democrat and vote for a republician in any election, then your just wasting your time and the democrats time in trying to change all the things the republicians mess up when they are in office.

I worked for a survey company years ago and believe it or not, George W. Bush didn't take West Virginia, it was a manipulated media cover up that went un-noticed. I worked on that survey and no one I called was voting for George W. Bush, it was the government manipulating the media, besides that he never got elected to beginn with, according to election rules, and you can look that up.

I agree with what you are saying in spirit Jane D., however, that is not the reason the USA made the hemp plant illegal. Textile and oil companies lobbyed the government of the day for prohibition. The quality and versatility of the hemp plant would have damaged their bottom line. Of course the government loves to help out it's rich buddies, so prohibition came into effect. It really had nothing to do with smoking the stuff, if that was all there was to it, it would never have been illegal. Government by the people, for the people....yeah right...government for big business friends would be more accurate.

Canada just went along with the USA government with out any knowledge of the subject. Farmers in Saskatchewan were using hemp as wind rows. When they were told these had to be removed, well that really helped the dirty 30's get under way, as the soil simply blew away.

Nice to see some progress down there, now maybe we can make some progress. It was nice that they blamed Canada and particularly B.C. for the USA marijuana problems. Conveniently forgetting that most of the pot in the 60's and 70's were coming from or through the USA.

It's a GOD given right to smoke marijuana, it was given to us by GOD, not the United States Government.
