By common law you do not have to ask to do anything. Farmers can servey there land (minus any esement ) and get an alodial titol, and do not register it with the state. You may have to go to court and fight so learn your rights your a flesh and blood human being , not a person or citizen in court,try to go by your fist name only and give the judge permition to call you by it. check out stop the robbery.com scoll down to the freedom manual. i think the farmers might be in for a suprise, as it is now in the spring they plow the field fertilize the field and plant the field then they do other farmer stuff for months and wait for fall to harvest,if they get to grow the medical marijuana and do it as they do corn and beans and such it'll be just like the mexican shit weed is, garbage.
they will need to learn how to actually care for the plants to be able to get anyone to want it. granted it's not really hard but it sure does involve alot more than what they currently grow.

Hemp is the last of the mom and pop industry in america, The government cant think unless they get payed millions for it. Untill the drug companies and big CEOs of wall street find a way to get a buck out of each pot smoker on the planet. It will never be legal, they mean legal for then to profit from but not us. If americans has any gutts they would revolt aginst a crupt government. Full of wasted spending on our backs, they have the nerve to say americans are LAZY. Only LAZY people our are politicans who look to rape each and everyone of us into slavery! They need to work the cotton fields for their food!!!!!!!!

Jersey Medical Marijuana is a joke. They are saying OK we admit it's medicine but you can't grow your own. You'll have to run it through your Doctor (for a small fee) then the insurance company (they need their hit), and finally the Pharm Company. And the way that they are trying to spell out only very specific illnesses that are acceptable. My freind John broke his neck while wrestling six or so years ago. He take pills all day long to help with the spasms he has on his whole left side. From all that I have read Marijuana helps with Spasms. But he would not qualify for a perscription. By the way why do we have to call it medical marijuana? I think we should just say marijuana helps for this or that. What would really happen if it were legal. Would there be looting and rioting. Would kids who already get high get more high? And by the way if I were King the first plant that I would make illegal is Poison Ivy!!!

Its about time the agricultural community takes this into serious consideration. Marijuana has been among the top ten cash crops here in jersey over the last few years. Considering the fact that it makes the list without tax revenue is reason enough. Being a farmer in the south jersey area I myself have been waiting for ions to grow without the paranoia of black hawks weighing on my mind.

A great way to close the generational gap, and I hope our american farmers grow our cannabis I think they would do an awesome job, we have been cheating our american farmers from the billions of dollars in revenue that we are giving foreigners who pay no taxes from cannabis sales every year, all that money going to the black market.
