Barry Cooper Gets Busted
Thu, Mar 04, 2010 6:21 pm
Barry Cooper, of Never Get Busted Again fame, was arrested earlier this week and charged with filing a false report. The arrest stemmed from an incident connected to his project, KopBusters, which attempts to catch corrupt police officers in the act of breaking the law.
In this case, police claim Cooper reported a “suspicious package” on the grounds of a middle school in Florence, Texas in order to film responding officers’ response to the package, which allegedly contained a crack pipe.
After Cooper was arrested, officers searched his home and discovered a small amount of marijuana. Both the false report and marijuana charges are misdemeanors. Cooper posted a $2,000 bond.

The arrests occurred Tuesday in Dubuque.
Authorities say the driver of the vehicle, 30-year-old Kenneth Hoppman of Rockford, Ill., is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. The passenger, 30-year-old Chad Kammerude of Dubuque, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, parole violation, and possession with intent to deliver.
Hoppman and Kammerude were being held Tuesday night at the Dubuque County Jail, where a shift officer said he did not know if they had attorneys

thanks for the great advice, since my experience began I now have learned to stay away from all law enforcement, besides if you are getting mugged or killed they will never be there to help you, it will be up to you to save your butt, if your home gets broken into they will come when you get home and call your self most of the time, they spend most of their time going after non-violent medical cannabis patients and dispensaries, hey, did anybody hear about the new york case about the guy who was smoking a joint and got sodomized by new yorks finest, the officers got a paid vacation and acquitted. in los angeles the probation department is getting sued because the probation officers who happen to be law enforcement officers as well, are having sex with the juveniles and beating them into submission, things will have to change.

I worked with a women who was married to a state cop. They divorced. She only got visitation rights to the children, He got custody. In most cases a mother has to be proven unfit, but her husband knew the judge and she fell victim to law enforcement corruption.
Women should be educated about the risk of being married or dating men with such power.
What scares me the most is the believe by many Americans, Is that the cops are heros and good guys. This is not accurate at all...
A preacher man is going to tell you to read your bible, I will tell you to read every newspaper you can get your hands on. Newspapers are full of stories about corrupt cops.
Cops are not protectors or even peace providers. No they are bought and paid for by politicians and special intrest groups.
Everyday in America, things are swept under the rug by DA's and police officers. When they get caught! Well they say it's not a CRIMINAL element, but rather a clique or good ole boys network. This is merely a cover for organized crime. They are never prosicuted or fired.
And what's with they shit, of how if they are fired in one town, they just go to work in a neighboring town. I have read stories about cops being fired for mis conduct in on area that I live only to find out later that they are working somewhere else.I have seen this many times in my area.
Women, who are drug users are often preyed upon by these organized criminals also. No one will believe the drug convicted woman over one of America's finest cop. Women are often raped in the back seats of patrol cars and never report it. This is one of the most unreported crimes in America. Not just rape by force but blackmailed or sexual exchange for lesser charges.
Avoid all contact with these domestic terrorist when possiable... If you are in the company of them always be respectful and keep your mouth shut. Obey thier comands and conply or you might just wind up on the nightly news as another victim.
And for those of you who say well, I can get away with it because I am not involved with any criminal element... What can They do???
Charge you with any and everything, that's what! Or worse KILL YOU and cover it up. It is happening daily in America! Don't paint a bullseye on yourself.
I was never a target or caught when I was involved in illegal activity!!!!
NO, NO, I was targeted after being out of the game for about 5 or 6 years. They just seemed to start showing up everywhere. Well, lucky for me, they got me in the trap half way. I lost a limb, but was able to escape the most damage... Which would have been a felony charge.
I was givin a certain something by a certain person taht would have been a felony. As I left the drive way, that night I said FUCK IT, I don't want this shit and out the window it went... I turned the corner and BLUE LIGHTS was everywhere.
Like I said... Set up, someone who was not envolved in criminal activity at the time and they had one of thier informants GIVE ME ( NOT SELL ME ) something that would have been a felony... I am so glad I through that shit out before I turned that corner.

They busted my cousin with a pocketful of drugs and turned him into an informant. Guess what??? I was the TARGET.
They still didn't get anything serious on me, But anybody else's First time charges would have been reduced by the judge. Guess what??? Mine wasn't.
YEA, when you exspose corruption, you better be ready for anything and this includes death. You can believe me or not, but I had a few remarks made about me being found dead on the side of the road.
Law inforcement in the USA, is the LARGEST GROUP OF ORGANIZED DOMESTIC TERRORIST this great nation has ever seen.
How many more will be a TARGET???
Mark Emory, Barry Cooper, Ed Rosenthal
I know all of you have been taught that you have freedom of speech and what not, But I promise you IF YOU FUCK WITH THE ONES WITH THE BADGES. YOU AND YOUR FAMILY will pay the price FOREVER!
I still get nasty looks from police in the area, both state and local even though there has been alot of new ones hired over the 10 years. It's like they have a picture of me somewhere with a BIG BULLEYE on it.

the truth we all know now after Serpico and many other good law enforcemnt officers come forward, there needs to be more accountability, last week the 9th court of appeals ruled the 4th amendment of the united states constitution does not exist, now law enforcement can come into your home with no evidence or warrant, every incumbent senator or state rep should be voted out of office this November how can we allow ourselves to become government slaves, free Barry.
