If marahuana is a 'medicine' then it should be controlled from the laboratory/field to the 'patient' , defined with a diagnosis.

Also, in regards to the rising illiteracy rates in this country...after 8th grade every kid should take a test(s) where the results will send them on the way to highschool ,or send them to vocational/technical school...college can come later for everyone after conscription.

While a certain people will admit to Marijuana use others will not. If asked many people who smoke say no I do not when they actually should say yes I do. Some who smoke now, say I no longer smoke but I used to. This is because they are unsure of who is asking and why.

The one thing that the law did was to get people off of the street and into the light of day. For a patient such as myself, the ability to walk in somewhere and have a guy on the other side of the counter tell me what would work best for my condition is priceless. I don't know what's the beef about closing all the marijuana dispeseries. At least they allow you to smoke marijuanna. I live in a state that regulates alcohol and they have the same rules that they are applying to marijuanna dispenseries. Yet no one complains. Why? Because it's the right thing to do. Children don't need to be around alcohol...like they don't need to be around marijuanna.
Dispenseries owners complain...because they see the mighty dollar...everyone associated with marijuanna wants to get rich. Sorry to break peoples bubble...not everyone can get rich on marijuanna...that includes dispenseries. Some owners will get lucky because they chose the right location...others will have to close. So be it.

If dispenseries really cared about people...they would close especially given the set of conditions. If your dispensery is close proximity to where children congregate by 1000 ft., then close the place.

When it comes to marijuanna...it's not all or nothing. Once everyone lives by the set of rules concering medical marijuanna, everyone will benefit. Hence, all 50 states will legalize medical marijuanna. Medical marijuanna should not make people nervous...espcially if it's done correctly.

As for me no excuses I knew what was going on and was just having a little fun. We all do it. This site is just a fun way to waste time with other idiots. There are a couple of people who are smart and the rest are posers. My buddy logged off a couple of days ago and says he is gone forever and I am sure that makes some people happy. He actually introduced me to the site, he tried to get something going that might have worked. As I am married and such I have no interest in getting involved in activism so this site is great I talk about politics and do not have to do anything, sometimes I try to educate on topics I know about, but realize it is above the heads of most of the other posers. So there is no need to try and change things as the inmate have taken over the asylum and the short bus drove away empty.
If you are looking for some serious activism you may need to look elsewhere.
You may have noticed it is crazy in here and nothing ever gets done. The guy I was talking about did get a couple of things going and he has a web site that gets all kind of hits and some big groups and individuals have given him likes. Cheech, Dennis Kocinich (spelling issue) Ed Rosenthol (No spell checker for that) and others. I hate to say it and wouldn't if I thought he would read it as he is already to proud of the likes. Point is he actually makes a stride or two and has left this area for all the reason you mention. If you want to read real activism or get active you need to visit his site, it is sowhempeverywhere.wordpress.com you might like it a little better a lot more serious and they accept articles from readers if you are that serious they actually list who to vote for and against. I never saw that before.

You are right this could be a better site with a moderator. On my friends site they moderate and it is much more serious as are they. The other site accepts comments on the articles and all the stupid stuff is blocked and the prohibs are blocked as well.
