The question isn't whether or not to test the little guy for THC, it is Why do we NOT currently drug test congressmen , and politicians and those that make changes in our daily lives. They are the one's that need to be held accountable,

I think if we get drug tested, so should Doctors,lawyers,Judges, and anybody who is elected.

What prohib fails to realize is that not all good paying jobs perform drug tests. Doctors and attorneys for example do not require drug tests. Its crazy that doctors, lawyers, congressmen just to name a few that have an impact on other peoples lives are not subject to demeaning drug tests yet a cashier at Walmart, a stockboy at Publix and the likes have to piss in a cup to continue earning a paycheck.

Who wants pills, but it should be everyones choice to opt out of the health care program. We should be allowed to not participate if we want, and no one is forcing us yet,, and we are not in prison, so why the beef?
