Does anyone know how to decompile an exe program originally compiled in basic?

People on web say it can't be done, and yet i remember blitz! and i know it worked, so why is it that we can't use a program like that to decompile?

Just thought of nifty...

and this nifty idea could be used to grow any kind of plant leaf very quickly maybe, if the growth rate is some how proportional to the intensity of the light then it seems to me that serious research needs to be done on this idea.

1”-14,400w -.5”-57,600w - .25”-230,000watts - all from a small tiny 100w equivalent 23w actual bulb!!!

Inverse square law shows that if you get a leaf really close to a 100w cf light bulb, the light the leaf actually gets is much more than 100w which is calculated 1 foot away by the light bulb company, not fractions of an inch away, and strong fans would have to be used if you got the leaf closer than like 3 inches maybe so that they don't scorch, but that wouldn't work cause the leaf would shake in the wind of air from strong fans and touch the bulb, burning the leaf, so instead of the the ole oh it cant be done thing, and if it is key to incredible growth of leaves, why not try placing plant leafs in between two pieces of glass with accordion like rubber on the sides to make the sides air tight but allowing the glass to be carefully monitored so that it can be adjusted closer together or further apart using a screw apparatus, and sensors could control the width of gap and forced air in between glass the air speed would need to figured out so that along with temperature monitored from the exit of air opposite fan intake side -

according to temperature output from a strong air flow , and you could put a bulb on both sides of plate glass and get twice the lumens, and with the leaf or leaves in between the glass, their would be no eddies of stagnant air, due to the strong air flow, funneling the heat off the leaves, you could have it set up for a 1/8 gap or even less, and what if the growth rate would be a foot a day? What if the thc would drip off the leaves like sap from tree? lol

Someone needs to try this, it could cheaply make a lot of things not just weed...

Let me correct myself. I made a speculative comment to distort the truth. It has been discussed with conspiracy theorists around the world. I cant handle the truth so my mind tries to come up with something to try and make some sense of it all.

So to sum all that with mis-spells up, it appears cfls are only good for grows closer than a foot from bulb, and the closer to the plant the better if a person used some elaborate ventilation, and could get the bulbs closer than 1 inch I'd imagine growth would be more than 2 inches a day maybe, unless it just creates more thc oil I heard it creates thc to protect its self from being burned, thc then is like sun screen to us, and then the more light, the more sunscreen it should produce? I guess..

Here is some trivia, i was looking at the inverse square law for light intensities and how the are reduced by just a little bit of varince, but the interessting thing is that cf bulbs's watts are rated at one foot way, but according to the inverse sqare law, at .01 inch away, light intensity should be equal to 144,000,000 watts!

Maybe a polarized lens needs to be used when viewing the rotation too? I just don't know, but wouldn't be surprised if I need to do that too rather than hoping the rotation could be seen with the naked eye...nah, I doubt it would show without another lens..

I did some research on light and found out something very interesting...
Thinking of the inverse square law for light, people usually talk of the light intensities further than 1 foot away, and they give this reason to use mh or hps bulbs which have a much higher luminescent output and I thought it would be interesting to chart out the actual light intensities of an ordinary cf 100 watt light bulb...

I did some inverse square calculations for a 100 watt, 23 watt actual compact florescent bulb at different distances, and am very surprised from the results. I checked the actual light intensity in watt equivalencies from 24 inches down to .01 inch, and here is the results...

First column is the Inches of light away from test source
Second Column is Actual light intensity from that particular distance, and all calculations are made with an ordinary 100w cf light bulbs which claim that their 100 watt bulb

So it appears that if a person were to use the cf bulbs for growing, and control the heat by thermostat to operate fans to make sure heat won't scorch plants, it seems low rider varieties would work well giving one all bud and little stemage...if this isn't a pipe dream lol...

BUT 4 inches closer than a foot gave an increase of light by over double rated output rating of bulb

i would guess that 3 inches away would be the closest achievable without heat problems, as long as you have a strong fan in grow chamber blowing the heat away from plants...

too bad .01 inch closeness couldn't be used...at millions of watts from a 100 watt bulb, growth would more than likely be amazing, as well as extremely efficient for plant growth. wonder what the high would be like with millions of watts of power pumping into the leaves...something that makes me think

Also, if the calculations are near correct, it looks like at 3 inches away, a 100w cf bulb has an effective light plant cell penetration power in watts of around 16 times its original value...

Also, i have done a lot of searching on web and can't see any tests on growing plants with lazer light...WHY not?

It seems they would be real efficient, as the light doesn't scatter in all directions as much, and it seems maybe less power would need to be used too, and maybe the best growth could then be achieved through lazer lights where the light could be spread out using lens to just the size needed for best growth...wonder if that idea is a good one too..

and speaking of light scattering, if a person were to try the cf bulb grow, they'd have to mount aluminum or some kind of non flammable reflectors behind bulbs to reflect light from behind bulb forward into the grow..

Wouldn't it be nifty one day if people would market the weed not only by the name of the particular strain but also its beam angle in degrees?

What if someday its allowable for folks on the street to sell it,...I can hear them now.."270! Get your 270 here!" or whatever degree is the nifty degree to look for, cause it might be the ideal way to market it, cause just cause someone has a good strain that they grew to maturity, they maybe didn't put enough light into their grow, or nutrients, or maybe they allowed mold to form destroying the thc, or maybe they allowed it to be around too much heat degrading the thc etcetera, so really, just because you might buy a top strain, doesn't mean it was grown right, and it doesn't mean it was handled right or even stored right..,.

It seems i remember that the beam test consisted of a 1 meter tube where an imaqge was beamed through it and it was one meter long, and the image was passed through a polarized lens like the kind found in polarized 3 d glasses, so maybe it is something that can be done by anyone, i am going to try it..

I'm going to draw a line with a marker on a piece of clear glass, and shine a light through it, and on the other side of the glass i will put a polarized lens from 3d glasses, and pass that light through a lens to focus the image onto the wall...I will experiment with different lenses until i get the correct streength to beam tghe image through the 3 foot tube, and i will have the tube enclosed with see through glass or plastic, and that way the image of the line can be focused on the wall - oneside of the line should be marked to keep track of which side of the line is the pointer or top to measure from.. of course, and i will hang up a picture of a circle with as much graduations on it as possible, and that way, i can measure the angle of rotation of the thc...if it all goes as planned...

I know, i will pipe it in a manor to which each toke will go through the beam tube, and out to my water pipe that way none will be wasted, and i can keep track of the beam rotation with each toke, and i can also find out how to get the most out of vaporization of the weed - i can learn the best air draw speed, and best temperature for the most thc, and the best way to smoke it could be found out too this way !!! can't wait..., and can't wait to find out what number rotation makes me feel the healthiest and happiest and most content, and i bet i will learn alot through those tests...I will use a cad program to generate a printout with maybe 1000 or however many i can get on a 8x10 sheet of paper that i'll hang on the wall... graduations on it so that i can keep track of the angle of rotation for different strengths...

Join Americans for Safe Access Chapters and Affiliates across the country in celebrating Medical Marijuana Week by standing up for our right to safe access. Take time each day to participate in the week of action outlined below.

During Medical Marijuana Week (Feb. 13-17), here are some other ways you can get involved and make a difference:

1. Monday, February 13: Call the White House at 202-456-1111 and tell Pres. Obama to keep his promise to not use Justice Department resources to undermine state laws, stop putting politics before science, and act immediately to reclassify cannabis as medicine.

2. Tuesday, February 14: Contact Congress, 202-224-3121, and urge your representative to sponsor legislation to reclassify cannabis, end federal interference in state programs, and provide licensed patients and provides a defense in court.

3. Wednesday, February 15: Ask your Governor to sign the DEA Rescheduling Petition. Find your Governor's contact information by clicking here.
