Sunday afternoon Miami Heat Power Forward Udonis Haslem's car was pulled over on a Florida highway - and after multiple searches - a nylon bag with over 20 grams of weed was found
Haslem was arrested and charged with possession of 20+ grams of marijuana, which is a third-degree felony. Haslem's passenger claimed the pot was his, and Haslem's lawyer says that's why his client will be vindicated in the end.
"I think the police report speaks for itself," he said.
Haslem has played all seven years of his professional career with the Miami Heat, and recently signed a new five-year contract with the team. If convicted, Haslem could lose his car, worth in excess of $100,000.
