Market Analysis:
AK-47 made the top five submitted strains for the first time since May 2009. When it last appeared two years ago, its average price per ounce was a whopping $459 - $79 more than its average this month. In fact, nearly all of this month’s top five were down in price; taken together, they averaged only $341. The top five submitted strains (with average price) were Kush ($330), Diesel ($341), Blueberry ($310), Haze ($362) and AK-47 ($380).
 
Index Watch: All indices essentially held steady, finishing very close to both their previous-month and year-to-date averages. The Kind and Schwag indices showed the greatest variation, as each finished $7 off of their YTD average.
