420 Revealed -- A Day of Peace

Wed, Apr 18, 2007 12:58 am

HIGH TIMES Editor-in-Chief Steven Hager visits ABC News to explain the origin and significance of 420 in this 2002 interview. Noting incidents of violence surrounding a day of peace -- a trend sadly continued by the Virginia Tech shootings -- Hager calls for the date to also be used for an exploration into the cause of such tragedies.

I would have to say, I would like to see a larger group of celebrity face's that are already open with the use of THC, such as, Willy-the had of NORML, Snoop Dog-Known across the country, Ron Paul, Etc.. Just any face thats well known from all aspects of society together to promote all the uses that can be thought of and some of our freedoms as well. Such as Ron Paul who doesn't like drugs but believes it's unconstitutional to take away the right and the choice to consume what we want. Willy to help promote its medicinal uses along with Steven Hager about it's help to prevent polution And good old Snoop to promote it's ability to just be a harmless substance that can be enjoyed and didn't stop any of these men from being incredibly successfull and rich...some of them at times. Any way thank you for your time.

What an awesome video! It's good to see people being openminded and kind toward marijuana smokers.
The newslady was very sweet and I never noticed her take a condescending tone with him at all...
We need more anchors like her. She even seemed curious (maybe intrigued) by the uses of the plant.
:)
