Kyle Loucks

Kyle Loucks is the Founder and CEO of RollPros, an automation company disrupting the cannabis industry using its groundbreaking TruRoll™ technology—the first and only system that mimics the precision of hand-rolled joints at scale. Under Kyle’s leadership, RollPros also launched the TruRoll Certification System, a new industry standard that verifies pre-rolls made on TruRoll equipment, assuring consumers and retailers of consistent quality, craftsmanship, and performance. Prior to RollPros, Kyle held various lead engineering and technical roles for companies ranging from innovative medical device startups to tech giants like Hewlett-Packard and Georgia Pacific. He also played a key role in developing optics hardware for Facebook’s Oculus VR system. With conventional pre-roll production processes notorious for producing inconsistent and substandard results, Kyle saw an opportunity for innovation and automation. Since 2020, Kyle and the team at RollPros have helped cannabis companies succeed by arming them with industry-leading technology and certification systems that empower them to deliver premium-quality pre-rolls, build consumer loyalty, reduce overhead, and eliminate tedious manual labor. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University in Pullman, WA.
