Santiago Carrillo

Santiago Carrillo is a journalist and audiovisual producer with more than ten years of experience in various international media outlets. He's worked for major Latin American publications such as Diario Perfil and Revista Noticias. He was also one of the first reporters to cover the cannabis agenda from a drug policy perspective in a mainstream newspaper. He later became editor and head of the journalistic team at Revista THC, one of the most important cannabis culture outlets in the country, with more than fifteen years of history. In Spain, he worked at Revista Cáñamo, where he produced extensive reports and was in charge of news production for the website. In 2024, he covered the war in Ukraine for Argentine television. Today, he is making a documentary film about his Dr. Gonzo-style adventures in Eastern Europe.
