Pot Prices: January 2016 THMQ

Market Analysis: All indices, with the exception of the Schwag Index, began the New Year down from their previous month’s average. The Kind Index experienced the biggest drop, falling
 $23 from its December 2015 average. The Schwag Index closed the month up $20.

CURRENT US PRICE INDEX: $298 (last month: $313, Year-to-Date: $298)
CURRENT KIND INDEX ($350+ PER OZ): $369 ($392, $369)
CURRENT MIDS INDEX ($150-$349 PER OZ): $259 ($277, $259)
CURRENT SCHWAG INDEX ($1-$149 PER OZ): $117 ($97, $117)

The top five submitted strains (with average price) were: Kush ($333), Diesel ($322), Blue Dream ($284), Purps ($330) and Girl Scout Cookies ($253).
