Premiere: Rebelution + Protoje’s “Inhale Exhale”

Rebelution has been rocking out for over a decade now, and we wanted to celebrate the California reggae band’s forthcoming fifth album, Falling Into Place, by debuting their marijuana-inspired track, "Inhale Exhale" featuring acclaimed reggae artist, Protoje.

For Falling into Place, Rebelution’s core members –singer/guitarist/lyricist Eric Rachmany, keyboardist Rory Carey, drummer Wesley Finley, and bassist Marley D. Williams – got some refreshing new perspectives by writing with different producers and writers and recording at multiple studios. For Rachmany, the creativity began with an inspirational trip to Jamaica, the birthplace of reggae, where he did some of the writing.

And there's also ganja, which served as a major inspiration. "People are slowly starting to come around on cannabis all over the country," said Rachmany. "We've always been advocates to legalize and so are most of our listeners. It has also been a source of inspiration and creativity for us. Turn this one up loud."

So without further ado, check out "Inhale Exhale" and be sure to pick up Falling Into Place on June 3 (Pre-order HERE)! Follow Rebelution on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram!
