Natural Cannabis Company’s annual High Art challenge is now underway with the biggest prize to date, a $10,000 cash prize to this year’s winning artist and a one-year product feature for the winning design. The annual event, now in its third year, follows a robust global artistic response in the previous two years, as over 1,000 artists from every continent have submitted designs in hopes of winning the challenge.

Hosted by Juxtapoz magazine, the artistic theme for this year’s contest is “The Global Passion for Cannabis + Art" and entries will be accepted from now until March 30 at midnight PST.

In the first two years of the challenge, artists from every corner of the globe embraced the challenge with thousands of designs pouring in from artists worldwide.

Last year’s winner Davin Skonberg weighs in….

”High Art provided an amazing vehicle for me to further interest in awareness of my art and brand. I look forward to submitting a concept for High Art 2016!”

"The first two years of the challenge have connected Natural Cannabis Company to the global arts community in a way we could never have imagined.”  said Dona Frank, President.  "The global enthusiasm and response has inspired this year’s theme and we are already seeing an overwhelming global response, underscoring the true passion and connection between cannabis and art.”

The 2016 grand prize winner will receive $10,000 cash. In addition, the winning art will be showcased in High Art materials and Natural Cannabis Company product packaging for a one-year period.
