7. Kiva Confections Chocolate Bar
Kiva Confections have been making infused chocolates since 2010 when they saw a lack of lab tested and accurately labeled edible products. To solve the problem, the founders share a commitment to efficacy, food safety and business integrity.
Pros: Some of the best tasting chocolate on our list. The packaging is nice, and the bar is made to easily split into smaller, precise doses. They test for pesticides, microbiological contaminants, residual solvents and cannabinoids. They test the raw cannabis for pesticides, then test extracts for potency, safety and again, pesticides.
Cons: They take a while to kick in. The doses vary depending on which state you get them from.
Why We Like It: Lab-tested edible with nice packaging and easy dosing.
Not new to making edibles, read your 2017 article. Looking for insight from someone who sees industry up close. Want to get into the industry. Suggestions for finding the best packaging company, or labeling company. I am operating under the radar in Delaware, but looking for pieces to complete the pie, so to speak. Any insight greatly appreciated.
