How To Make The Ultimate Weed-Infused Pumpkin Spice Latte

There’s only one thing better than a pumpkin spice latte: a weed-infused pumpkin spice latte. You read that right! It’s fall, and you know what that means. Dropping temperatures, oversize sweaters, Halloween and of course, our favorite autumnal hot beverage.

This recipe is perfect if you’re craving that “fall in a cup” flavor but don’t want to shell out five bucks at a coffee shop. Or, you know, if you want to wake and bake in an efficient way.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Canna-Milk (we’ll get to this)
  • 1/4 Cup Hot Espresso (or strong coffee, if you prefer)
  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Purée
  • 1/4 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar

For the Canna-Milk

Ingredients

  • Decarboxylated Weed
    • Choose your own dose and strain, but make sure you calculate the THC dosage!
    • General guideline: 0.5 – 1.0 gram of weed per quart of milk should be good, but everyone has different needs and tolerance levels.
  • Milk
    • Full-fat works best.

How To:

This part is super easy. But it can take up to three hours, so make your canna-milk well before you actually need it!

Just pour your milk into a Crock-Pot and dump in your weed. Set the Crock-Pot on HIGH for an hour. Then, lower the heat and continue heating it for an additional hour or two.

After it’s done, you can strain the bud out with a cheesecloth. Or, if you don’t want to do any more work, just pour the canna-milk into a mason jar and store it in the fridge until you need it.

For the Weed-Infused Pumpkin Spice Latte

Step One: Combine The Ingredients

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the following ingredients: the pumpkin purée, the canna-milk, the vanilla, the sugar and the spice.

Step Two: Heat It Up

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, leaving a small vent hole. Then, stick it in the microwave for a minute or two.

Step Three: Stir It Up

As soon as you take it out, whisk everything together.

When you do this, make sure you whisk the ingredients briskly to get the milk all nice and frothy. You can also use an electric mixer, a frothing wand or an immersion blender. There are a bunch of different ways to froth milk. Just use whatever method you’re comfortable with!

Step Four: Put It All Together

Pour your hot coffee or espresso into a large mug.

Then, pour the canna-milk/spice/pumpkin mixture into the same mug.

To make this a legit latte, use the proper pour technique. Simply take a large spoon and hold back the foam when pouring in the milk. Pour the non-foamed milk about three-quarters of the way up the mug, and then remove the spoon and allow the foam to pour in.

Or, you know, just pour in the milk and foam together. You’ll technically be making a weed-infused pumpkin spice cappuccino instead of a weed-infused pumpkin spice latte. Still delicious, though.
