The formula for a truly lit MJBizCon after party was set as soon as High Times, the most recognizable brand name in cannabis, paired up with Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, winner of Las Vegas Weekly’s best music venue for four years running. A capacity crowd of more than 4,000 industry players and pioneers gathered in the heart of the Strip to celebrate the freshly thriving business of cannabis.

Headlining the electric lineup of entertainment for the evening was Grammy Award-winning rapper 2 Chainz performing hit singles including “Hot Wings” and “4 AM.” Emerging artist Olivia Noelle opening the night with her fitting debut hit “High for Me.” Emcee Donny Davis kept the night moving in character as Mini Trump Jr, introducing a variety of Vegas burlesque acts and daredevils.

Filling out the three floors of bowling lanes, bars serving craft and Blue Ribbon’s fried chicken, and a balcony that was a hub for socializing— top industry vendors got in on the action. Fresh off of their Holiday Heroes charity drive on Veterans Day, Advanced Nutrients’ full lineup of Organic OIM supplements was on display. Wakit Grinders demoed their electric grinder aka “the world’s’ first electric weed grinder, that actually works.” Dan Bilzerian, having recently launched Ignite Cannabis Co., rolled into the Brooklyn Bowl with his typically eye-catching entourage. Premier brands like Bhang Corporation, Have a Heart, and T1 Payments turned out in a big way to give back to the cannabis community.

Partying late into the night, fans were treated to gift bags chock full of travel-friendly smoking accessories, among them a limited edition silicone High Times bong. The Biz Bash continues to be MJBizCon’s biggest and best rager of the conference – “five bongs out of five!” as one spectator put it – and High Times will be back in 2019 when new Las Vegas on-site consumption regulations are slated to liberate public cannabis use even further.
