You may have an auto-flowering plant on your hands. If that’s the case, it will just continue flowering, and you should pick a different plant as your mother-plant. It’s also possible that your plant is simply showing pre-flowers, in which case it’s not really an issue. If the flowering doesn’t progress, you should be fine. Be sure that the plant is getting enough light intensity during those 18 hours as well. Plants in low-light conditions can flower on their own as well.
