CannaRelief

A strong edible can knock anyone down; whether it’s too much because they didn’t know, too much because they thought they could handle it, or too much because it was their first time and they had no idea what to expect, a strong edible “trip” can be pretty debilitating. CannaRelief is one of the newest and simplest products on the market designed as an antidote for the side effects of a strong THC trip; the main ingredient is just CBD.

Research has shown that when you eat THC, your liver turns about half of it into 11-hydroxy-THC, a more potent metabolite. This other substance explains the different feel edibles have, added onto the fact that the effect always lasts longer than if you smoke or vape it.

Cannabidiol, or CBD, the second most commonly occurring cannabinoid in the trichomes of Cannabis sativa interacts with the same receptor THC does in a way that tones down some of its possible anxiogenic (anxiety-producing) effects. Even back in 1982 doctors had already noticed how CBD reduces the subjective high felt by people given either THC or THC and CBD together.

CannaRelief comes in a little shot-sized bottle with 20 or 50 milligrams of pure hemp CBD in a blend of other products such as ginger, citicoline, and alpha pinene, as well as vitamins such as vitamin C, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12.

When you feel like you’ve had a little too much, a shot of CannaRelief should tone down stop the “trip.” You’ll still be high, but the overwhelming and uncomfortable feeling of “when is this going to end” will go away within 10 minutes to a half an hour.
