When will my order be shipped?
Standard order processing time is 3-5 business days, not including shipping. If any product has a different processing time, that information will be noted in red lettering in the product description.
An item in my order is incorrect
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please let us know straight away by contacting our support team by emailing shop@hightimes.com. We will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
Can I change the delivery address for an order that I have already submitted?
Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address once your order has been submitted, however you will need to do this quickly after you place your order. Please send an email to our support team at shop@htstaging3.wpengine.com
I want to return an item
We accept returns of Magazine and Book items. Apparel is made per order, so returns of items from a correctly fulfilled order will not be accepted.
