Shockingly, a grinder that looks like a grenade is not a great item to bring on an airplane. One traveler learned this the hard way this weekend, when security uncovered the weed utensil during a luggage screen at Bellingham International Airport in Washington. A whole scene followed: Boarding and waiting areas were evacuated, four flights were delayed, and the bomb squad showed up. Finally, some genius determined the true purpose of the tool, concluding the investigation into the potential threat.
The checkpoint has been cleared of a "grenade look-alike" pot grinder. If it looks like a weapon or explosive, don't bring it to the airport!
