To have a good time, sometimes you need a little help. But should you reach for the weed or the wine? Here are some reasons why weed is safer than alcohol.

2. Not Linked To Major Diseases

Excessive alcohol has been linked to myriad diseases. These diseases include cirrhosis of the liver, cancer, decreased immune system, osteoporosis, pancreatitis… the list goes on and on.

Not only is cannabis not linked to major diseases, it’s recommended by (some) doctors to alleviate and treat certain diseases. When was the last time you’ve heard of a doctor recommending liquor as a treatment?
